Yes, through our partners, we ensure that Brand items reach the four corners of the world. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the order weight and destination country.

Delivery time will vary depending on the destination country.
The estimated delivery time, including the manufacturing time for each item, is:
- Portugal and Continental Spain 20 working days!
- Portugal and Spain islands up to 30 working days
- Remaining European destinations up to 30 business days
For orders to be shipped outside of Europe, the estimated delivery time is 40 business days.

The exchange request must be addressed to Hope Brand within 14 (fourteen) days after purchase, by sending an email to geral@hope-brand.com.
