Refund policy
Hope DOES NOT MAKE RETURNS IN CASH, since all items are made according to the requests, not having stock available and working only according to the orders of the articles, Hope does not accept returns in cash
However in case of defect in the piece, defect this proven by the customer, with concrete evidence Hope proceeds to return the value if the customer wishes, and, the value returned will only be the product and not the products and their shipping costs
In case of return by defect, Hope will collect the item and return the value of the piece
In case of defect in the piece, the user must return the product(s) ordered 14 (fourteen) days after receipt
The return will be accepted if
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) retain their original features and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned.
A Hope takes responsibility for collecting the item(s) from an address of the user's choice. Please note, collections are only accepted from the original country of shipment of the respective order.
The customer should request the return of the order via email to hope4brand@gmail.com indicating the item(s) they want to return, as well as the order number and respective proof of defect !
In cases of exchanges you can make them for another model or size within 14 (fourteen) days or request a refund through a voucher in the value of the item or items you wish to exchange .
The Vouchers have no validity, and can be discounted, whenever you wish .
Please note, possible subsequent exchanges of items purchased with a voucher will always be made through a voucher. Vouchers are not refundable.
